The Job :
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager
To develop new businesses in the assigned industry segment through consultative selling.
Effectively identify and engage potential clients with the objective of developing a sustainable business relationship in loyalty management services.
To conduct sales presentations and prepare professional proposals.
Plan and implement sales strategies according to agreed objectives and KPIs
To research and benchmark on the relevant industries.
To initiate and manage excellent relationship with candidates and clients to enhance new search and selection assignments.Requirement :
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business / eCommerce / Marketing or its equivalent.
Preferably sales professional specializing in Marketing / Sales / Consulting with minimum 5 years experience with prior experience in selling to large MNCs
Achievement-oriented, goal-getter with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Pleasant personality, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good English oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Good customers management skills and good business contacts.
